DO YOU PROVIDE MEDICATION MANAGEMENT?
Yes. Medication management is a core part of care at Alira. Your provider will work with you to understand your symptoms, health history, previous treatments, and goals to develop an individualized treatment plan.
DO YOU TREAT MEN AS WELL AS WOMEN?
Yes. Alira provides mental health care for adults of all genders. While we have specialized expertise in women’s mental health and reproductive care, our general mental health services are available to adults seeking support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and mood changes.
CAN I RECEIVE CARE DURING PREGNANCY OR POSTPARTUM?
Yes. We provide specialized mental health care throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period. Treatment is individualized and may include medication management, education, and collaborative decision-making based on your symptoms, health history, and reproductive goals.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Yes. Alira Behavioral Health is in network with several major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, Cigna, Aetna, Medicare, and additional plans. Coverage and network participation vary by state and individual plan. Our team can verify your benefits and estimated costs before your appointment. Self-pay options are also available.
ARE APPOINTMENTS VIRTUAL?
Yes. Appointments at Alira are virtual, so you can receive care from the comfort and privacy of home. Virtual appointments are available by appointment. Current availability is shown during online scheduling. In-person visits only when clinically indicated.
